I have tried it and it works.

1. Choose a Video you want to watch then press play.

2. Right Click your mouse on the video screen and a box will come up

3. Then click settings

4.click on the folder with the green arrow

5.Then slide the bar all the way to the right and then it should say unlimited next to it

6.Then just click close and your done and this should speed up the streaming of your video.


NOTICE: You will have to do this on every type of video for example if you speed up youku you will have to apply it on tudou etc.. as they will still be at default so you will have to apply the steps again. Tou only have to apply it once on each video so next time you watch another movie on youku the settings will still be on unlimited.
